About

I was born and raised in Denmark and only a few years old when I picked up my first instrument, the guitar. I learned my way around the piano quickly as well and started playing songs that I should have been way too young to care about at the time. I was not a huge fan of pop music in the 80′s but I wore out a cassette of “The White Album” (The Beatles). I played in bands from I was 14 and eventually ended up attending and graduating from “The Royal Academy of Music” in Denmark. I started spending a lot of time writing and recording and shortly after graduating moved to London for a year to get inspired by the scene there. As technology evolved it became exciting to record in my own home and I’ve been a home recording pioneer since I got my hands on an Atari computer. On a trip to Los Angeles I was all of a sudden working with people at the top of the industry and I relocated to L.A to live a few months after my trip and have been here since. I've worked with some of the most amazing artists on the planet and I’m extremely grateful to everyone I’ve met along the way and everyone who's inspired and helped me learn.
Here’s my list of biggest influences in random order. As you can see, stylistically it makes no sense. I’m a lover of music, not any genre in particular.
The Beatles, Elvis, Nine Inch Nails, Jimi Hendrix, Prince, MJ, Donny Hathaway, Stevie Wonder, Eminem, Imogen Heap, The Mills Brothers, AC/DC, Trevor Horn, Whitney Houston, Garbage, Chemical Brothers, Donna Summer, Daft Punk, Bach, Sting/Police, Nirvana, Dolly Parton and many many more…
